I’m not sure about quality of some of the pictures

I find the products exactly what I want and of a high standard.
However, of late, with the last 2 orders I have had difficulties in downloading. For example the latest order consisted of 6 files and when downloaded (after some hours) the zip files wouldn’t open, the message stating that the files were empty. I emailed customer service for assistance.
24 hours later, having had no response (To be fair it was the weekend) I tried again the next day, again no response was received so I attempted download again, with the same results.
The next day I attempted again, managing to download 2 of the 6 files. Later, in the evening, I tried again and managed to get the last files downloaded in about 90 minutes.
I still haven’t been approached by customer services apart from the request to complete the review.
This is not the best way to treat customers.
To add insult to injury I cannot post this review reason given ; “Sorry, it seems like something’s wrong on our end. Please try again later.”
